We’ve built WonderBill from the ground up with security and privacy in mind. From our infrastructure to the processes we use to manage your information, we scrutinise them to make sure they’re able to meet our security needs.

The infrastructure we built for WonderBill is fenced off by firewalls, our information (and yours) is protected using strong encryption and we undertake regular security reviews.

A strong password is (literally) the key to protecting your account from unauthorised access, so we’ll help you create one that’s secure.

Our password requirements are high so that your information is as safe as possible, and bear in mind that doesn’t mean it has to be hard to remember.

A passphrase made up of several words is stronger than a handful of random characters, and also easier for you to remember!

Use strong passwords

Use complex passwords which won't be easy for anyone to guess. Make sure you use different passwords for different websites. Our password strength indicator will help you create something secure. See this link for more advice.

We’ll never ask you for your password via phone or email. If anyone contacts you asking you for your WonderBill password, ignore it and email us at

Be vigilant

Never give remote access to your computer to someone who's called you out of the blue. If in doubt, ask for a reference number and call back on a trusted phone number or ask for text message validation.

Be aware of scams
